关于举办2025年北京林业大学青年人才国际胜任力大赛的通知

全体本科生：
按照《第四届“外教社杯”北京高校青年人才国际胜任力大赛》通知安排，学校将举办2025年北京林业大学青年人才国际胜任力大赛，具体安排如下。
一、 指导思想
新时代高等外语教育应坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导主动服务国家发展战略，加强青年人才的国际胜任力培养。北京林业大学青年人才国际胜任力大赛旨在为学生营造针对国际议题的跨文化沟通环境，以赛促学，以赛促教，帮助学生夯实外语语言技能，培养团队合作精神和创新意识，全面提升青年人才运用理论知识分析解决全球治理问题的能力，助力新时代高层次国际化人才培养。
二、 赛事组织
2025年北京林业大学青年人才国际胜任力大赛由外语学院组织。
三、 参赛对象
在籍本科生，不限专业和年级。鼓励不同专业学生组队参赛。每个团队由3名学生和1-2位指导教师组成。
四、 大赛主题
参赛团队围绕大赛主题“Building Resilience for Sustainable Development”,选取一个分议题，题目自拟，需提出具体问题，进行议题分析，撰写可行的解决方案或行动计划，并通过提案和海报的形式进行展示。
Building Resilience for Sustainable Development
Amidst multiple global challenges, such as climate change, economic uncertainty, and public health crises, building resilience is not only crucial for economic and social sustainability but also for strengthening risk resistance and adaptability. It is crucial to support countries and institutions in preventing, mitigating, and responding to crises, conflicts, natural disasters, epidemics, and climate, social, and economic shocks. Building resilience for sustainable development is particularly vital in the following subtopics:
1. Advancing economic resilience through industrial transformation and green innovation
2. Enhancing health resilience through collaborative innovation and digital health solutions
3. Building urban resilience through smart infrastructure and risk governance
4. Fostering cultural resilience through cross-cultural exchange and digital heritage preservation
5. Strengthening social resilience through poverty alleviation and inclusive growth
6. Ensuring technology resilience through cybersecurity and data sovereignty
五、 比赛形式
提交提案及海报。
(一) 提案创作模板：
The proposal is expected to include the following three main sections:
1. Introduction
• Provide relevant background to contextualize the issue and clearly define the problem to be addressed;
• State the research objectives in alignment with sustainable
development goals;
• Highlight the significance and potential impact of your proposal.
2. Proposal
• Clarify your role and responsibilities, and identify key stakeholders;
• Present feasible and specific solutions to the identified problem;
• Describe your research methods, justify your proposal with robust evidence (e.g., examples, statistics, case studies,testimonies, tables or figures);
• Anticipate possible obstacles and provide practical solutions to address them.
3. Conclusion
• Summarize the proposed strategies and their desired outcomes;
• Emphasize the significance and originality of the proposal.
(二) 提案创作基本要求:
1、根据议题,聚焦具体问题，结合相关学科视角,提出具有可行性和创新性的解决方案或行动计划；
2、利用适当的研究方法或证据（如数据、研究结果、逻辑推理等）佐证自己的观点；
3、使用英语撰写提案，文本采用Word格式，2000字以内（不含参考文献）；
4、按照大赛组委会提供的提案模版（见附件）创作提案。
(三) 海报制作基本要求：
1、海报形式为学术海报，须展示提案的主要内容；
2、海报中不得透露学校等信息；
3、海报尺寸比例：90cm*120cm；
4、海报版式：横版和竖版均可；
5、海报格式要求：PDF格式，大小不超过30M。
(四) 作品和报名信息提交方式及要求：
1.通过学校网盘和问卷星提交。

六、 作品评审
外语学院聘请专家参考市赛评分办法进行评审。
七、 奖励
活动设特等奖1名，一等奖2名、二等奖3名，由学校教务处颁发证书。获特等奖的作品将由学校推荐参加第四届“外教社杯”北京高校青年人才国际胜任力大赛。
